We know plans can change, and we offer the following cancellation policy:

• Cancel your booking in writing at least 14 days before the first night of your stay to receive a full refund.
• Cancel your booking in writing 7-14 days before the first night of your stay to receive a 50% refund.
• Cancel your booking less than 7 days before your stay for no refund.

You can cancel your stay via email or text message, and you will receive our contact information once you book.
